vision

To establish training institute & service provider for cooperative Banks/  Institutions which did not have training   centre to train their staff. NIBER is a  public trust established to undertake training programmes for banking  personnel specially , of the cooperative banks with an aim to improve their  skills and operational knowledge both at entry level and during their service  span.  This institute has a long standing of more than 35 years in training of banking .Personnel  at all the level.  Sub-staff to Chief Executive Officers, Directors. We  are   proud that the Cooperative Department of Maharashtra State Govt. has   recognized the NIBER as an apex Training Institute.
